Customer service skill-building
for teams across Dublin & beyond

Wubaquy

Customer service done right.

We run practical workshops that teach real customer service skills — not theory, not slides, but hands-on practice that sticks.

Every session is built around doing, not watching.

Who we are

Built from practice, not policy.

Wubaquy started in 2015 in Dublin as a small group of practitioners who were tired of customer service training that looked good on paper but changed nothing on the floor. Every format we use — role-play, live feedback, peer critique — was tested in actual service environments before it made it into a workshop.

We work with teams across Dublin and surrounding areas, and our online platform means participants can access materials, replay exercises, and collaborate without being tied to a commute.

  • Role-play exercises
  • Live peer feedback
  • Scenario libraries
  • Online replay

Difficult conversations handled confidently, not avoided.

What we focus on

The hard parts of service interactions.

Most training avoids the uncomfortable moments — the angry caller, the impossible request, the colleague who undercuts you in front of a client. Our workshops go straight there.

Participants work through structured scenarios drawn from real complaints and edge cases. Each session ends with a debrief that focuses on what actually happened, not what should have happened in theory.
